Fundraising Permit RA/2020/1002 – Valid Until Further Notice

In accordance with the Finnish Fundraising Act, when conducting a fundraising campaign, the public or recipient must always be informed of the basic details of the collection and the intended use of the collected funds. This information is provided in brochures and advertisements whenever we request donations.

The permit number and the date of issue must be provided upon request when organizing the fundraising.

Purpose of the Fundraising

Funds are used to improve the quality of life of girls and women by promoting health, education, and economic empowerment, and by working to eliminate gender-based violence.

This includes supporting the studies and professional work of female students and researchers through scholarships, including projects carried out in cooperation with the international Zonta International organization.

Secondary purpose: To be distributed as scholarships during the following term 2022–2024.

Period and Area of Validity

The fundraising permit has been valid since 1 September 2020 and remains valid until further notice.
The permit applies throughout Finland, excluding Åland.
