ZONTA’s core mission is to prevent violence and to promote educational opportunities for women and girls. In all our activities, we take into account the impacts of climate change on the well-being and social status of women and girls, both locally and globally.
Practical Support and Advocacy
Funds raised by Zonta are used to carry out long-term projects that support education, combat violence, and prevent child marriage. Through our campaigns, we raise awareness and influence attitudes — helping to create a better future for women and girls.
Diverse Collaboration at Local and Global Levels
Zonta operates locally, nationally, and internationally in cooperation with organizations, communities, and service providers. District 20 collaborates with partners such as Ensi- ja turvakotien liitto, while internationally Zonta works with partners including UNFPA and UNICEF.
