The sixty-third session of the Commission on the Status of Women will take place at the United Nations Headquarters in New York from 11 to 22 March 2019.
Representatives of Member States, UN entities, and ECOSOC-accredited non-governmental organizations (NGOs) from all regions of the world are welcome to attend the session.
About the CSW
Of the 5,277 non-governmental organizations (NGOs) with consultative status at the United Nations, only 134 have General Consultative Status, the highest status an NGO can have at the UN. Zonta International was granted General Consultative Status in 1969.
As an NGO with General Consultative Status, Zonta International is invited to participate in the annual Commission on the Status of Women in New York.
